Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the college student’s central selection centre

  • Managing correspondence, filing systems, and office logistics

  • Preparing reports and management documents

  • Supervising administrative staff, including performance, leave, discipline, and development

  • Participating in strategic planning processes

  • Compiling management reports and assisting with operational planning
