Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Minimum Grade 10 certificate or equivalent

3 years’ experience as a driver
-
Valid driver’s license with PDP

Problem-solving skills and good interpersonal relations

Extensive knowledge and passion for driving

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Key Duties and Responsibilities
-
Transport staff to and from various locations as required
-
Collect and deliver mail, blood specimens, equipment, stock, food, medication, and other items
-
Inspect vehicles, report faults, and maintain daily checklists (fuel, oil, water, mileage)
-
Promote proper handling and safekeeping of vehicles and valuables
-
Fill in logbooks accurately before and after trips
-
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and regular maintenance
-
Assist with other support duties as directed by supervisors

Comply with the Government Motor Vehicle Handbook VI of 2019

Adhere to Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) standards

Execute instructions from supervisors and management

Participate in practical exercises/tests during the recruitment process
