  • Employment Type: Permanent (Performance agreement required)

Minimum Requirements

Qualification

  • NQF Level 6 qualification (SAQA recognized) in:

    • Human Resource Management

    • Human Resource Development

    • Management of Training

    • Industrial & Organizational Psychology

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Development at supervisory level

Knowledge Required

  • Performance Management Systems

  • Skills Development Act & Skills Levy Act

  • Employment Equity Act

  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act

  • Adult Basic Education & Training Act

  • Departmental Bursary Schemes
