Salary Package

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 10–12 or equivalent qualification

  • At least 1 year of proven cleaning experience

  • Physically and mentally fit, able to lift heavy machinery and equipment

  • Ability to work individually, in a team, and under pressure

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and hospital frameworks

  • Good communication skills

  • Understanding of government policies and health waste management

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Preference: EPWP trainees and administrative interns who are currently or previously served the Department (Personnel Circular Letter 4 of 2017)

  • Hospital experience is an added advantage


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean offices, toilets, passages, waiting areas, and other hospital spaces

  • Mop and polish floors, dust, wash and polish furniture, walls, doors, frames, windows, and lockers

  • Maintain cleanliness of outside areas and remove waste bags

  • Perform general household tasks and adhere to health waste management policy

  • Conduct duties assigned by supervisors while maintaining safety and hygiene standards
