Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

An NQF Level 6 qualification recognised by SAQA in one of the following:

  • Industrial & Organisational Psychology

  • Management Services

  • Operations Management

  • Human Resource Management

  • Public Administration

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Change Management environment

  • Experience must be at managerial level (Assistant Director or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Change Management Strategy & Implementation

  • Design and coordinate Change Management plans, strategies, frameworks, and processes

  • Lead the implementation of department-wide change interventions and programmes

  • Manage and coordinate resistance to change

Capacity Building

  • Facilitate and manage Change Management workshops

  • Build internal capacity to support sustainable organisational change

Resource Management

  • Manage human, financial, and other resources

  • Ensure effective utilisation of departmental resources in line with PFMA and Treasury Regulations
