Qualifications

Manage recruitment and selection processes in line with departmental delegation

Manage and maintain HR personnel records
Human Resource Development (HRD)

Administer bursaries

Manage Internship and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programmes

Coordinate and conduct employee induction

Facilitate and coordinate training interventions

Develop and implement the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
