CITY OF JOHANNESBURG ROAD ACCIDENT AGENCY is looking for 4 candidates to apply for available road human resources clerk vacant.
SALARY: R 8329.27 SALARY PER MONTH on the basis of a 12-month fixed contract. On the application make sure you quote relevant reference number on the title.
HR CLERK REQUIREMENTS
Matric certificate, Grade 12 or relevant NQF equivalent qualification
3 Years’ old Diploma in human resources management will be added advantage
At least 2 years’ experience in data capturing or related field will add as an advantage
Demonstrate Proficient computer knowledge including spreadsheets, word processing and presentations(PowerPoint)
good numerical skills and literacy skills
Good time management
good communication and interpersonal skill.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, sort and print applications according to the reference number.
Capturing data as directed by HR Officials
Proofreading and formatting of documentation
Completing HR-related tasks as required
Submit timely reports and prepare reports and present the work as assigned
Undertake other general administrative duties
Maintain good professional working relationships with other employees
manage reasonable HR routine and non-routine tasks requested by management officials.
