Gauteng Department of Health JHB DISTRICT HEALTH SERVICE is looking for 20 candidates to apply for queue marshall. This vacant is available in QUALITY ASSURANCE – ALL JHB DISTRICT HEALTH FACILITIES.
The salary package Package is R 102, 534.00 per annum plus benefits. Queue Marshall is someone who will be responsible for maintaining and managing the queue in the facilities waiting area.
QUEUE MARSHALL Requirements
Minimum of Grade 10 or ABET level 4 qualification.
One-year experience in the hospital environment or related.
Basic CPR training will be an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to work shifts and under pressure and available when needed.
Duties
Lead and provide customer care in the waiting area.
Apply Customer Care well and Batho Pele Principles. Welcome patients and visitors in the facilities. Direct patients and clients to appropriate service areas of the Hospital.
Control and manage the order in waiting areas. Help to screen patients in the waiting areas and monitor waiting times. At least Give health talks to waiting patients. Provide clean cups and water for clients and patients.
Oversee helpdesk and handle clients queries and complaints. Perform all other duties as instructed by the Supervisor and ensure departmental objectives are met.
